Abstract

Pseudo-abducens palsy is a rare disorder in which a limitatin of abductin is observed, while n.abducens and vestibulo-occular reflex are intact.Th mechanism in which pseudo-abducens palsy occurs are not yet fully understood, but in most of the cases a supranuclear lesion is observed. The case that is present in this article shows characteristics of pseudo-abducens palsy and congenital intermittent esotropia.
